Psychotherapist

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist #136664

"Healing the world - one mind at a time."

Introduction

I'm a licensed psychotherapist who works with a wide variety of people who are in difficult and challenging spots in their lives and desire to move into a more vital and meaningful life direction. I partner with my clients to examine their mind and relationships in order to help better understand the potential problem and identify change agents for positive solutions. My main tools are my words, conversation, and the therapeutic relationship. I exercise my craft as both a scholar and a consumer. I began my journey as a therapist in 2016 only after I had experienced the healing impacts of therapy myself. My work is grounded is both scientific evidence and literature, as well as a humanistic and experiential understanding.
